Greenhouse progress and new certifications

We're thrilled to announce that our greenhouse is nearing completion! This significant milestone brings us closer to expanding our culinary herb and mushroom production. In our commitment to providing the highest quality, I've also completed a comprehensive food safety course and am now state-certified. This builds upon a college degree in hospitality management, including restaurant management, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
